Use the Starter plan with platform-fee pass-through enabled. Your customers cover the EZDZ platform fee at checkout, so your drop zone pays no subscription or EZDZ platform fee on qualified transactions.

If the customer-paid pass-through amount on an eligible transaction does not cover the corresponding EZDZ platform fee charged on that transaction, EZDZ will issue an account credit for the qualifying difference.
If your drop zone chooses to disable pass-through and absorb the platform fee, that transaction is not eligible for the guarantee.
The credit cannot exceed the EZDZ platform fee associated with the eligible transaction. This guarantee does not promise a particular number of bookings, conversion rate, or revenue result.
Payment processing is separate from EZDZ. Stripe or another processor charges its standard fees whenever you accept an electronic payment, regardless of which booking platform you use.
The guarantee covers qualifying EZDZ subscription and platform fees only. It does not reimburse ordinary business or payment-acceptance expenses.
Eligibility requirements
Your drop zone is on the $0-per-month Starter plan.
Platform-fee pass-through is enabled before the eligible transaction is created.
The customer-facing fee is at least the EZDZ platform-fee rate assigned to your account.
The eligible payment is created and completed through EZDZ while your account is in good standing.
What is not covered
- Transactions created while platform-fee pass-through is disabled or set below the applicable EZDZ rate
- Stripe or other payment-processing charges
- Taxes, currency conversion, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
- Hardware, third-party services, and transactions processed outside EZDZ
- Pro subscriptions, flat-rate plans, and custom pricing arrangements unless expressly included in writing
Requesting a credit
Contact EZDZ within 30 days of the eligible charge and identify the affected transaction. We may request transaction records reasonably necessary to confirm the account configuration, pass-through amount, and EZDZ platform fee.
Approved credits are applied to the drop zone's EZDZ account. Credits are not cash refunds, are not transferable, and are limited to the qualifying EZDZ fee difference. Abuse, fee circumvention, or inaccurate account information voids eligibility.
EZDZ may update this guarantee prospectively. The version in effect when an eligible transaction was created governs that transaction. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
