How does the $0 EZDZ Guarantee work?
On Starter, enable platform-fee pass-through before the transaction and the customer covers the EZDZ fee. If the qualifying customer-paid amount does not cover that EZDZ fee, we credit the difference. Transactions created with pass-through disabled are not eligible. Standard payment processing and guarantee terms apply.
How does fee pass-through work?
Enable pass-through and the configured EZDZ fee is shown to the customer and added at checkout. On a $100 Starter transaction, the customer pays $104 and your $100 booking subtotal remains intact before standard payment processing.
What if I don't want to pass fees to customers?
Turn pass-through off and the customer sees only your price. Your drop zone then absorbs the plan's platform fee, and those transactions are not covered by the $0 EZDZ Guarantee.
When should I upgrade to the monthly plan?
Upgrade when reducing the platform rate from 4% to 2% saves more than the $199 monthly subscription. We can calculate the breakeven point from your actual volume during onboarding.
Are there any hidden fees or extra costs?
Nope. What you see is what you pay: (1) standard payment processing charges (you'd pay this with any processor), (2) platform fees based on your plan. That's it. No setup fees, no per-user fees, no module fees, no surprise charges.
